Information on privacy
Under the current law we would like to tell you that all the record data, as well as any other information linked directly or indirectly to a user, are collected and used according to the legislative decree n. 196/2003 of the Code on the protection of personal data, and therefore:
1. in enforcement of the art. 13 all the supplied data are collected by Lelli Kelly Spa, Via Bocchi n. 233-235 - Lammari (LU), and used, also through computer procedures, for the following aims:
a) aims directly linked and consequent to the management of the service of product selling;
b) subject to agreement of the user, for the aim of trade information, of marketing, of market research, for the sending of advertising materials on the products of the Company, carried out also on behalf of the Company by third parties, companies or societies;
c) subject to agreement of the user, for the survey of the product quality and the degree of customer satisfaction, carried out both directly and through specialised companies;
d) statistical surveys;
e) advertisement and selling of products of Lelli Kelly Spa or by third parties carried out through letters, telephone, advertising material and automatized communication systems, any other proper operation about the attainment of the a.m. aims, also by transmission and communication of the data to third parties, entrusted to carry out or supply specific products or services, always in accordance with the current law.
2. Giving personal data is facultative; so the user is free to refuse to give them. In this case, Lelli Kelly can't go on with the selling of products, even if the non-giving of the data shown as unnecessary for the aims specified at point 1) does not prejudice the selling of products in any way. However, the consent of the supplied data for the service "access to community services" upon authentication with univocal username and password, chosen by the user and registered under anonymous way on proper digital support, is necessary in order to carry out the same service and a possible refusal to supply them implies the impossibility to carry out the requested activities. More over, according to the art. 7 of the a. m. legislative degree, the person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if they have not been already registered and their communication in an intelligible way;
b) the origin of these data;
c) the aims and the way of treatment of the same, as well as the logic used in case of utilisation of electronic instruments;
d) of subjects and categories of subjects that can be told personal data or can get to know as appointed representatives;
e) the updating, the modification and integration of data or the crossing out , the transformation in anonymous way or the block of the treated data in infringement of the law, including those that do not need the conservation;
f) the statement that the operations of the above specified letters have been communicated, also regarding their content, to those that have been told or spread data.
In the end, the user has the right to oppose, in all or in part,
a) for rightful reason to the treatment of his personal data , even though pertaining the aim of the collect;
b) to the treatment of his personal data with the aim of sending advertising material or of direct selling of the attainment of market researches or trade communications. In order to vindicate the a.m. rights, the user can contact:LELLI KELLY s.p.a.

Accepting these rules, the user authorises Lelli Kelly Spa to the collecting, the communication and the transfer of his own personal data to subject, as far as this information on privacy foresees and for the shown aims.
