Shipping costs and methods

 

Lelli Kelly ships worldwide.

 

Shipping is FREE for Orders over 50.00€ to EU1 and 80.00€ to EU2 areas. For Orders less than these amounts, Lelli Kelly will ask for a contribution to shipping costs as follows:

  • - EU1: 5.00€ to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain.
  • - EU2: 10.00€ to the following countries: all the EU countries not belonging to EU1 area as above.

 

Shipping to all the other countries of the World (not belonging to EU1/EU2 areas) is FREE for Orders over 100.00€. For Orders less than 100.00€, Lelli Kelly will ask for a contribution to shipping costs of 15.00€.

 

Shipping is carried out through a courier chosen by Lelli Kelly. The courier delivers every working day and does not call in advance or take requests for deliveries at specific times.

 

Delivery times

The Product(s) available for purchase on this website, subject to confirmation of warehouse availability, will be shipped in 1/2 working days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the Order. The Orders will be delivered in 3/7 working days from the date of the shipment, depending on the area. During sales or promotions, shipments may require longer than standard times. During the Christmas period, Orders must to be placed by 10th December to receive them before Christmas. The day the Order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email from Lelli Kelly with the shipping confirmation, the courier used for the shipment, the tracking number and the expected delivery date. If the shipment is not delivered within 10 (ten) days from the email confirmation, the Customer is asked to communicate this issue to Lelli Kelly by email at shop@lellikelly.it or by calling +39 0583 4311. Lelli Kelly cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by force majeure events and circumstances, including, but not limited to, strikes, measures taken by public authorities, customs controls, rationing or shortages of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, adverse weather conditions and/or natural disasters (fires, storms, floods, etc.).

 

Order deliveries

Upon delivery of the Order by the courier, the Customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the goods. Lelli Kelly products are carefully packed in Lelli Kelly boxes, which are sealed with Lelli Kelly adhesive tape. If the package appears to have been tampered with in any way or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is asked to note it when signing the receipt or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery is accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and to contact Lelli Kelly by email at shop@lellikelly.it. If the package and/or the Product(s) inside are damaged or if a Product listed on the delivery note is missing, the packaging must be kept by the Customer for further checks. Any claims related to tampering, damage, missing items or deliveries to the wrong address must reach Lelli Kelly within a maximum of 5 (five) days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise they cannot be accepted. Customers who place an Order on this website have established a business relationship with Lelli Kelly SpA and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their Order. If the Order will be not delivered for reasons that can be attributed to the Customer (wrong/incomplete address, wrong telephone number, recipient always absent and impossible to contact, etc.) or if the Customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
