RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

 

Any returns will be fulfilled at the expense of the Customer, who can decide to use an own courier or the courier sent by Lelli Kelly. In this case, Lelli Kelly will ask for a contribution to shipping costs of 20.00€, which will be deducted from the refund of the value of the Order.

 

Any replacements will be fulfilled at the expense of the Customer. In this case, Lelli Kelly will send its courier asking for a contribution to shipping costs, to be paid in advance by the Customer (via credit card or PayPal), as follows:

    • - First replacement: contribution to shipping costs of 20.00€
    • - Further replacements for the same Order: contribution to shipping costs of 30.00€

NOTICE: any return or replacement for products purchased on sale will be carried out at the Customer’s expense.

 

If the Customer returns one or more Products due to an error on the part of Lelli Kelly (defective Product(s) or incorrect goods with respect to the Order), the Customer will receive a refund of the value of the Product(s) returned and will not be charged of any shipping costs.

 

To submit a return or replacement request for Product(s) purchased on this website, the Customer is asked to send an email to shop@lellikelly.it attaching a copy of the document found inside the package and indicating: Order number, first and last names, reason for the return or replacement request and, in case of replacement, new size or model. Any return or replacement must be authorized by Lelli Kelly via email.

 

The Customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the package (delivery of the Order by the courier) to submit a return or replacement request. For Orders placed between 10th December and 6th January, the time period for submitting a return or replacement request is extended to 28 (twenty-eight) days. The “Returns & Replacement” policy does not affect the rights arising from the law and the right of withdrawal.

 

ATTENTION: only intact and unused Products will be accepted for return or replacement. For this reason, the Customer must not remove labels/tags while trying on the Products and taking care not to soil or damage them. In the case of footwear, Lelli Kelly recommends trying them on a soft and clean surface. By following these simple tips, the Customer can save time and money preventing any mistakes.

 

The instructions for the Customer to make returns or replacements are laid out here below:

        • – Put the Product(s) in the original packaging (Lelli Kelly box)
        • – Put the original packaging (with the Product(s) inside) into a package, possibly the one in which the goods were received (Lelli Kelly shipping box), making sure that it is properly sealed
        • – Apply/write the name of the sender and the recipient on the package
        • – Arrange for the package to be collected from your home or another suitable location by first contacting Lelli Kelly at shop@lellikelly.it

After receiving and appropriately verified the Customer’s return, Lelli Kelly will proceed with the refund or replacement of the Product(s) in question. The refund will be processed within a few days of receipt of the goods by Lelli Kelly. The refund times may vary depending on the Customer’s bank/accounts.

 

The total value of the returned Product(s) - minus any shipping costs owed by the Customer - will be credited to the account/platform corresponding to the payment method used by the Customer to place the Order.
